The Original Creature Grip is designed to provide an insulating layer of thermoplastic that provides mitigation of felt heat when a firearm handgaurd becomes hot during periods of sustained use. This does NOT mean that you cannot burn yourself; please use caution when firing in full-auto, supressed, or with modifications to the firearm. Failure to follow industry standard safe firearm handling practices may result in injury to the user or others.
Creature Grip Company is proud to announce that The Original Creature Grip is made of UL94 V-0 flame retardant rated TPU. This means that burning stops within 10 seconds, and molten drops do not carry a flame. When removed from an ignition source, The Original Creature Grip is self extinguishing.
Creature Grip Company uses premium thermoplastics designed to withstand upto 200°C or 394°F. Please discontinued use if you notice warping, burning, or any material defects. Every material that exists in this world has a melting point.
The Original Creature Grip is designed to be inserted into any MLOK rail platform. It can be easily taken out and reused. The Original Creature Grip has been tested in most commercially available handguard offerings.
